Riberry

Riberry (Syzygium luehmanii) is a midsized tree which thrives in the wetter, semi tropical areas of Australia, however still performs OK in the southern zones.

It has spectacular pink new growth in Spring and Summer. The clusters of Pink / Magenta fruit are ripe in early Autumn and store well frozen.

This attractive Australian fruit has a fresh citric / raspberry flavour and lends itself to pastries, drinks, jams and savoury garnish.
